Conservator takes new blasting silo’s into operation

This week our new blasting silo’s were put into service, which we have developed in cooperation with Holland Mineraal. Prior to this we used blasting containers which were manually filled with 25kg bags of grit by our employees. A very strenuous job! The blasting pods within the silo are now automatically filled thereby reducing the physical pressure on our employees to zero.  This is a great step forward in the direction of sustainable deployment of our people.
