From its head office in Barendrecht, Conservator is carrying out projects in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, United Kingdom, Ireland and Germany.

Chemical technical cleaning is the removal of contamination on surfaces of technical installations (internal or external) through the application of cleaning fluids. Conservator has a range of equipment, consisting of specific hoses, pumps and couplings that are used by our well-trained and experienced chemical technical operators.

On site, the team will clean the process equipment in an effective, quick and safe manner. Chemical technical cleaning is used to remedy capacity losses as a result of contamination in process equipment (such as storage tanks, pipes and exchangers).

Technique

Various cleaning fluids are used for chemical technical cleaning. By creating a closed circuit (provided with the correct seals in order to prevent leaks), the cleaning fluid will be able to circulate. Through analysis before and during circulation, the composition of the cleaning fluids used is tested. Measurements are also made during the circulation in order to determine whether the contamination has been removed and whether the previously determined end result has been achieved.
