WASTE AND ENERGY.

Highly specific

maintenance and safety requirements

Installations for waste incineration, sludge processing, biomass processing and power generation have highly specific maintenance and safety requirements.

Whether it concerns installation parts of the incinerators, secondary installations, such as flue gas cleaning, ducts and fans, the boiler house, outdoor areas, activities during stops or calamities. We offer all common low- and high-pressure water techniques, blasting techniques and vacuum techniques.

To keep the plant dust-free during blasting operations, we supply dust removal units that are connected to the plant. In addition, we provide complete waste management. Depending on the customer's needs and requirements, different cleaning techniques are used. Blasting techniques SA1-SA2.5, low and high-pressure water techniques, ultra-high-pressure cleaning (2,500 bar) and vacuum techniques.

Services and equipment

The solution to effectively clean contamination and deposits in hard-to-reach and sensitive parts of the plant, after which the operability and thus the efficiency of your plant increases.

Low pressure cleaning is usually used for flushing installation parts. High pressure cleaning is particularly effective for removing greasy and sticky substances or hard contamination such as scale, paint layers and deposits.

Removing hard dirt or pre-treating solid surfaces using various blasting techniques.

Blasting techniques are used for removing hard contamination or pre-treating solid surfaces in installation parts of waste incineration plants. We apply all possible blasting techniques depending on the substrate, degree of contamination and the plant component.

We use pressure vacuum techniques for sucking up and/or blowing dry, wet and pasty substances (liquids, sludge and product residues).

Vacuum techniques are suitable for cleaning (storage) tanks, grease traps, oil/water separators, pump and engine rooms and sewer systems. Vacuum techniques are also used in (environmentally threatening) calamities, such as leaks and spills.

Chemical technical cleaning is the removal of contamination on surfaces of technical installations (internal or external) through the application of cleaning liquids.
The use of dedusting units makes it possible to keep (enclosed) areas such as tanks, e-filters, boiler rooms and sheds dust-free and at negative pressure.
Industrial waste is generated when cleaning plants. We take care of the entire process from sample collection including permits to transport to an authorised treatment facility.
