Conservator has been working at Onyx since the end of 2022. Onyx is happy with Conservator's presence. There was a quick learning curve after launch. This is common when introducing a new supplier. There were a number of learning moments in the initial phase and Onyx and Conservator clearly had to get to know each other. Conservator, in collaboration with Onyx, has achieved a clear improvement in the SHEQ plan and work plan. This is thanks to the commitment and involvement of Brian, Lorenzo and Bennie Traets from Conservator, but most certainly also the fixed team contributed to this through involvement and experience. Willem is very satisfied about this. Clear communication is important. There is a daily consultation in the morning meeting. Onyx understands that sometimes things go differently than planned, but finds it important that lessons are learned from it and to address it. This is done to everyone's satisfaction. Willem finds it very positive that Lorenzo creates work instructions for all activities and that the involvement and knowledge is not limited to one person but is shared with the entire team.

There is a pleasant and nice cooperation between Onyx and Conservator and that radiates to the permanent team. Well done guys for last year and on to a new successful year at Onyx.
